"Had an amazing experience working with Zach resolving an issue for my elderly mother. The best part of the whole process and the most admirable was that Zach did this just out of pure “doing the right thing”. My elderly mother had insurance there for a long time. She sold her house and somehow the process didn’t get her insurance cancelled. Zach a year later reviewing the file and realized there was a let down by a different third party not cancelling her home insurance. It had been paid by escrow so nobody noticed but Zach. Long story short Zach, representing Nick and State Farm, determined to do the right thing for my mother someone he had never met in his life went in a multiple day process with many phone calls and gathering of documents to get State Farm to rightfully refund the premium paid. Zach and State Farm could have very easily just ignored and kept the money. Within a few days Zach had gathered everything and worked with State Farm to refund the money to my mother. Kudos to State Farm, agent Nick Jarvis and especially Zach for refunding the prepaid premium. In the world we live in working with a company that has partners like Zach and Nick who strive to do the right thing for customers just because it’s right is very welcome and not very common.
